How far in advance should I book my golf cart rental?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (November-April). However, we often have last-minute availability! For weekend rentals, booking 2-3 weeks ahead ensures you get your preferred cart type. During off-peak season (May-October), you can often book just a few days in advance.

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

No problem! We offer flexible cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental. Changes can be made anytime - just give us a call! If you need to cancel within 24 hours, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for future use. We understand that plans change, and we're here to help make your experience as smooth as possible.

Can I extend my rental while I have the cart?

Absolutely! Just call us and we can extend your rental. We'll adjust the pricing accordingly and you can keep enjoying your cart! Extensions are subject to availability, but we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. You can extend by the day, week, or even month depending on your plans.

What's included in the rental price?

Your rental price includes the golf cart, comprehensive insurance, free delivery to all Villages locations, a full tank of gas, and basic roadside assistance. The only additional costs are the $20 fuel surcharge (which covers refueling) and applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges - we believe in transparent pricing!

Do you offer any discounts or special packages?

Yes! We offer several special packages: First-time customers get 10% off their first rental, group rentals of 2-3 carts get 15% off, and 4+ carts get 20% off. We also offer seasonal promotions and loyalty discounts for repeat customers. Weekly and monthly rentals provide the best value compared to daily rates. Ask about our current specials when you call!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), personal checks, and bank transfers. For credit card payments, we require a valid ID and the card must be in the renter's name. We also offer payment plans for monthly rentals. All payments are due at the time of delivery.

Do you really deliver to all Villages locations for free?

Yes, absolutely! We provide free delivery to ALL Villages locations including Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood, Sawgrass Grove, Fenney, Rohan, Water Lily, Eastport, and any other Villages area. There are no delivery fees, no mileage charges, and no hidden costs. We'll bring your cart right to your door at the time you specify.

What are your delivery and pickup hours?

We offer flexible delivery and pickup hours to accommodate your schedule. Standard delivery times are 7 AM - 7 PM daily, but we can arrange early morning (6 AM) or late evening (8 PM) delivery for an additional $25 fee. Pickup times are flexible and can be arranged when you book. We'll work around your schedule to make the process as convenient as possible.

What if I'm not home when you deliver the cart?

No problem! We can leave the cart in your driveway or garage if you provide access instructions. We'll send you a text message when we arrive and when we leave. The cart will be fully charged, clean, and ready to use. We'll also leave a welcome packet with instructions, emergency contact information, and a map of The Villages.

Do I need a driver's license to rent a golf cart?

Yes, you need a valid driver's license to rent a golf cart. The license must be current and not expired. We also require that the primary renter be at least 18 years old. If you're renting for someone else, they must also have a valid license and be present at delivery. We'll make a copy of all drivers' licenses for our records.

Where can I drive the golf cart in The Villages?

Golf carts in The Villages can be driven on designated golf cart paths, residential streets, and some main roads. You can access all the major squares (Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood), shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, and recreational facilities. We'll provide you with a detailed map showing all the approved routes and areas to avoid.

What if I have an accident or the cart breaks down?

Don't worry! We provide 24/7 emergency support. If you have any issues, just call our emergency line (352-555-0124) and we'll help immediately. For breakdowns, we'll either fix the issue on-site or bring you a replacement cart. All our carts are fully insured, so you're covered in case of accidents. We'll walk you through any necessary steps.

How old are your golf carts?

We maintain a fleet of golf carts that are typically 2-5 years old. We regularly update our fleet to ensure reliability and comfort. All carts undergo thorough maintenance checks before each rental, including fuel system checks, brake inspection, and cleaning. We never rent out carts that don't meet our high standards for safety and performance.

Do you offer any additional accessories or add-ons?

Yes! We offer several add-ons to enhance your experience: Golf club holders ($5/day), coolers ($3/day), phone chargers ($2/day), and custom Villages maps ($5 one-time). We can also arrange for special decorations for birthdays or anniversaries. All add-ons can be requested when you book or added during your rental period.

Can I rent a golf cart for someone else?

Yes, you can rent a golf cart for someone else, but there are some requirements: The person who will be driving must have a valid driver's license and be present at delivery. You'll need to provide their license information when booking. The primary renter (you) will be responsible for payment and any damages. This is perfect for surprising family members or friends visiting The Villages!
